Case No.1: Approach to Testicular Pain

  • Urgently perform USG scrotum with doppler.
  • Most Likely Cause-> Epididymo-Orchitis or Torsion Testis.
  • If Epididymo-Orchitis-> Antibiotics and Scrotal Support.
  • If Torsion Testis-> Emergency Detorsion with Orchiopexy or Orchidectomy.
  • Testis can be preserved with timely intervention.
  • If Orchidectomy is required, testicular implant can be considered
